Genuine Harley badge released in 1977 was still available under a Harley part number. I had one some 35 -40 years ago on a '80 Fat Bob Superglide.
12Mar23 The kickstand leg stop began failing. The square was chewing out. This upgrade by Drag Specs is working well plus it has an adjustable stop for the retracted position.
21Jan2024 The above leg stop failed after 9 months so I made a replacement. It was made thicker, wider and counterbored 2mm/.080" from underside. The square was filed by hand to be a nice interference fit. The steel, believed to be 4140 was hardened and tempered.
