Made this slightly tapered wedge on the lathe for restoring box section swingarms after they have been overtightened and crushed. Object is to hammer it in and pull it out enough times till the box section resume original size and shape. Worked well.
Heavy duty valve spring compressor. Fashioned from an old G-clamp, short piece of pipe and a heavy washer. The swivel piece on the ball-end of the thread is made from solid and lathed to suit. Then peened till it stays put on the ball end.
Head bolt spanner. Made from a ring spanner and a 3/8" drive socket
Clutch puller. Made from solid plate and a high tensile bolt. Suits 3 and 5 stud clutches.
Dies to make steering head bearing dust shield.
Valve stem installation tool. This helps pull the rubber valve stem into the rim hole. Works well. Made from old metal valve cap and a piece of throttle cable inner.
